There are many options concerning your project you alone determine. Gray Wolf log homes are not pre-fab kits, but custom-cut log packages erected on your existing foundation and subfloor. We have staff available to assist from the initial design through the construction and completion of your project. With each home a complete set of working drawings is provided and included in the dry-in price. |

| The process of determining cost for your project begins with the footprint/drawing of your design and choice of logs. We will then calculate the cost of providing the structural log package, support materials and labor to complete your project through the dry-in phase. At this point you may complete construction of your log home personally, or with the assistance of a qualified builder in your area. |  |
